Pickup

  • Pickup is self service at the barn, available everyday 8 AM–8 PM.
  • We’ll schedule a pickup day and time. Wait for confirmation.
  • Enter via sliding barn doors across from horse pasture. You can park in front of them.
  • Freezer is to the left. Your order will be in there with your name and number of bags.

Payment

  • Please place payments in our cash box. We accept cash and check.
  • Checks made payable to “Cross W Ranch.”
  • Place cash in the provided envelope with your name on it.

    • Please enter through the 10-foot sliding barn doors located across from the horse pasture. Parking is available directly in front of the doors.
    • Upon entering, you will find a freezer on the left side. Your order will be labeled with your name and the number of bags included.
    • We accept cash, checks, and Venmo payments.
    • Checks should be made payable to “Cross W Ranch.”
    • For cash payments, please place the cash in the provided envelope and include your name before depositing it in the cash box.
    • Venmo payments can be sent to @Cross-W (last 4 digits: 3030).
