It's interesting that you mention that grass-fed beef is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. I've been looking for a way to add more omega-3 to my diet, so I'm considering buying some grass-fed meat from a butcher. I'm going to search for a reputable butcher in my area that sells grass-fed beef.
